Floor-Intensive Training (FIT)
Learn how to gain control of your body while moving against gravity in the demanding workouts of Floor-Intensive Training classes. In addition to Pilates basic through advanced exercises, FIT classes incorporate exercises from the Prague school of rehabilitation (relearn how to stabilize your body by executing infant developmental patterns), as well as Brugger band exercises, which strengthen and balance neuromuscular patterns required for upright posture and locomotion.
Saturday mornings at 9:00 am; for all levels.
Duration: 2 hours
Attendees can choose to take this class in person or on Zoom. The in-person class is limited to ten attendees (reservations required).
