Mat Classes
In Pilates mat classes, you will learn Pilates foundation exercises, which help you control your body with and against gravity and increase your awareness of alignment. Mat work is an important complement to all other Pilates exercises and can be done anywhere.
Class size varies, and classes range from beginner to advanced, or are for mixed levels.
